SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
  • two years of full-cycle accounting experience
  • Excellent proficiency with productivity software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong skills in using accounting software applications (preferably Deltek and Power BI)
  • Ability to demonstrate extraordinary client-focused service.
  • Strong organizational and time management to function in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff at various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares monthly invoices.
  • Support and manage accounts receivable for collections communication and tracking on past due invoices
  • Sends reminder notices and contacts overdue accounts as required.
  • Organize and prioritize departmental assignments and manage the timely completion of assignments.
  • Processes the day’s payments and updates accounts receivable.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
