SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
- two years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Excellent proficiency with productivity software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong skills in using accounting software applications (preferably Deltek and Power BI)
- Ability to demonstrate extraordinary client-focused service.
- Strong organizational and time management to function in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff at various levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares monthly invoices.
- Support and manage accounts receivable for collections communication and tracking on past due invoices
- Sends reminder notices and contacts overdue accounts as required.
- Organize and prioritize departmental assignments and manage the timely completion of assignments.
- Processes the day’s payments and updates accounts receivable.
- Any other duties as assigned.
