What will you be doing?
Supporting the Accounting team as a Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk.
Responsible for AP (matching/batching/coding), reconciliations, check runs, bank deposits, spreadsheet management, and much more!
Month/year end, GL, journal entries, etc.
Detailed expense management
HR support; onboarding, benefits, additional HR duties
Support various offices - small teams, so everyone helps out!

This role has tons of growth opportunities as well - it is a VERY busy work environment!

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Bank reconciliations experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
  • Data entry experience
  • Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills
  • Vow to meet business deadlines
  • Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
