Description:
Summary: Works with management to assist in accounts payable and cost analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Accounts Payable
- Management of company credit cards and reconciliation
- Analyze actual labor, material and overhead cost against standard. Research and explain variances, and report monthly to the management team.
- Develop and maintain purchasing and spending guidelines
- Manage daily deposits
- Review all vendor contracts to ensure we are receiving the best rates.
- Responsible for the review of insurance policies and renewal of policies.
- Manage and report non taxed invoices to CFO for reporting purposes
- Inventory Management
