Description:

Summary: Works with management to assist in accounts payable and cost analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Accounts Payable
  • Management of company credit cards and reconciliation
  • Analyze actual labor, material and overhead cost against standard. Research and explain variances, and report monthly to the management team.
  • Develop and maintain purchasing and spending guidelines
  • Manage daily deposits
  • Review all vendor contracts to ensure we are receiving the best rates.
  • Responsible for the review of insurance policies and renewal of policies.
  • Manage and report non taxed invoices to CFO for reporting purposes
  • Inventory Management
