Description:

Robert Half has partnered with an industrial leader, on their search for a highly organized, Accounting Clerk who can pivot easily to change. This candidate will provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department by processing vendor invoices, completing accounts payable/receivable transactions, reconciling vendor statements, processing credit applications, assisting with the audit process, performing financial analysis, and fulfilling additional accounting related request. Ultimately, the successful Accounting Clerk will assist with providing thorough accounting support to the finance team and utilizing/implementing internal accounting procedures within compliance with US GAAP.

The ideal Accounting Clerk will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Accounting Clerk role include and are not limited to:

  • 1+ years of basic AP and AR experience/support
  • Any ERP experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organized
