Description:

Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting division is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join a great Real Estate firm in Folsom/El Dorado Hills area!

This Accounting Clerk would be working directly with the Controller and playing an essential role to the company. The job duties would include:

  • Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable.
  • Prompt and organized processing of accounts receivable.
  • Conduct month-end reconciliations and closing processes.
  • Prepare and mail all recurring and non-recurring customer billing.
  • Timely completion of all data entry.
  • Efficient handling and processing of all incoming rental payments.
  • Effectively manage time to avoid backtracking and delay of tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with co-workers, supervisors, vendors and clients.
  • Proactively work to improve current processes and systems.
  • Work independently and productively while keeping open communication with others.
  • Ensure accurate review and reconciliation of collected rents and recovery charges, as well as expenses paid.

This is a full-time position onsite (no hybrid option) that would start right away. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years accounting experience, an AA in Accounting or Finance and be able to navigate well through excel. If you feel this is the job for you, apply today!

  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
  • Outstanding data entry skills
  • Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP system
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
