Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a Part-Time Accounts and Admin Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and financial processes within our client’s organization. From managing accounts payable to fostering positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities in a supportive team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle accounts payable tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring accurate data entry and timely payment processing.
  • Generate and distribute invoices to clients promptly and accurately, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Receipt incoming payments and reconcile accounts receivable as required, maintaining financial accuracy.
  • Place orders for office supplies, monitor stock levels, and manage inventory to support operational needs.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and implement document control measures to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
