Accounting Clerk

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate end-of-month billing processes.
Manage collections activities related to Supplier Billing.
Ensure accuracy and completeness in billing records.
Address and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient billing procedures.
Provide support to the Accounting Supervisor and VP of Finance as needed.
Experience in billing and collections roles.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
