Their commitment to excellence is unwavering, and they are seeking an enthusiastic Branch Administrator to join their dynamic team.
As the Branch Administrator, you’ll be the heartbeat of operations, ensuring seamless functioning across various fronts. From managing time and billing administration to spearheading safety administration, handling reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, and even delving into accounts payable coding, your role will be diverse and exhilarating.

Responsibilities:

You’ll oversee the meticulous tracking of time and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing processes. Your adeptness with SAP software will be crucial in streamlining this aspect of the companies operations.
Safety is paramount in this workplace. You’ll take charge of maintaining safety records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and training, fostering a secure environment for all.
As the face of the branch, you’ll greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, handle incoming calls and correspondence, and maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Exceeding customer expectations is our mantra! You’ll handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and cultivate positive relationships with clients, embodying our commitment to stellar service.

You’ll dive into the financial realm, meticulously coding accounts payable invoices, contributing to the smooth financial functioning of the branch.

  • Proven experience in a similar accounts administrator or branch administrator role
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Spreadsheet and SAP system experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • General familiarity with Microsoft Office
