Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
- Solid understanding of Accounting cycle
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
- Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
- Spreadsheet and ERP system experience recommended

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decision-making.
Manage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion of audit requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, including training, performance management, and professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive business growth.
Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards, and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
