Accounting Manager

As the Accounting Manager at a well-know organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting team and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our financial operations. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will supervise and lead the accounting team, manage financial transactions and accounts, prepare and review financial statements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of our accounting department.
Manage and reconcile financial transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Supervise and lead the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to 2-3 direct reports.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Manage intercompany transactions, including reconciliations, to ensure proper accounting treatment.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide management with insights into the company’s financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have SAP experience.
