Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Robert Half has partnered with a growing, publicly traded Water Treatment company with a new location in Frederick, CO looking for their next Accounting Manager! This Accounting Manager position is offering a long term hybrid work schedule, and is offering the right candidate $100 - $120K + Bonus!

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONTROLLER INCLUDE:

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of very strong GL experience OR 5+ years of public/industry OR 5+ years of straight public audit
One of the following: system conversion/implementation, process improvement/refinement, merger & acquisition experience
Excel (pivot tables, v lookups, sum ifs)
QuickBooks Enterprise is nice to have
Supervisory/training experience

Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts as part of the month-end close process
Research and prepare various types of financial analyses and reports for management
Assist with annual budgeting/forecasting
Liaise with accounting staff in California and Florida, as well as our internal and external auditors
Assist with various other accounting process improvement projects
