Responsibilities:
- Handle full set accounts for the clients, including preparing accounting advice
- Knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS and CPF Board
- Ensures compliance with accounting standards, policies, regulations, and internal controls
- Facilitating corporate changes, such as, change of company officers, registered address, bank signatories, etc and related ACRA lodgements
- Partner key divisions in strategic and operational financial planning
- Drive financial performance to achieve value-for-money outcomes through financial advisory and decision support in project planning, procurement, contract awards and management.
- Managed a portfolio of clients for full sets of management accounts, consolidation package and financial statements
- Build strong internal cross-functional relationships within the company.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or CA Singapore or equivalent
- Meticulous, multitasking and able to work independently
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a professional accounting or corporate services firm preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with client/colleagues
