Description:
DESCRIPTION
We are searching for an Accounting & Office Assistant to run our accounting in a professional manner in collaboration with the Finance Manager. In this role, you will take over bookkeeping and travel expenses as well as providing support in some administrative tasks.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
The ideal candidate should be an educated accountant who is motivated working in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
Furthermore, you have:
- Solid understanding of financial management, administrative processes, and business procedures
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting programs – we are using Economics and Pleo.
- Relevant education or training in administration, accounting, or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Office required. Some additional IT skills are beneficial, but not required.
- Valid driver license.
- Speak and write fluently in both English and Danish.
Responsibilities:
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to have the following responsibilities and tasks.
- Take the lead in managing daily bookkeeping, invoicing and payments.
- Assisting and backup the Finance Manager with payroll (currently using Danløn).
- Be the point of contact with internal and external partners including managing the lunch scheme and coordinating with service providers (carpenter, cleaners, electrician, etc.)
- Take the lead in both managing supply of and buying office purchases and equipment.
- Take on some secretarial duties such as managing the main company phone, company letters and arranging larger meetings.
- Be proactive in ensuring the offices and surrounding space is in good shape.
- Offer support with our travel management system.
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks in collaboration with other departments.
