We are currently reorganizing and moving accounting and controlling from our German Holding company to Sweden. Tasks are handed over and we need to set the framework for our accounting function here in Sweden. Find the structure and the system to work from, along with the regulations and demands required. In this position you have the whole area to manage, and your mission is to develop and secure our work with quality and structure:

• Manage daily accounting and reporting
• Ongoing registration of customer and supplier ledgers
• Reconciliation accounts and customer invoicing
• Assets and internal orders
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, closing of the year.
• Ensure that all financial reports are in line with applicable rules and regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to Management
• VAT-declaration and reporting
• Analyze financial data for trends and insights
• Create and implement templates and routines, processes, and strategies.
• Support budget and forecast work.
