Description:

As an intern/ working student in the Germany Accounting & EMEA Payroll department, you will receive invaluable experience working in the fast-paced high-tech industry, with assignments exposure to financial close & reportings, control enhancements and business process review.

You will be supporting the Germany Accounting & EMEA Payroll team to produce accurate financial results and ensure strong internal controls throughout the organization. Among others your responsibilities will include:

  • Support monthly and quarterly close activities for our German entities (US GAAP)
  • Support general reporting in accordance to statutory requirements
  • Assist in cash reconciliation process
  • Support internal projects
  • Support automation and process enhancements for Germany Accounting & EMEA Payroll team
  • Developing Trainings & process documentations

Timeline: Join the Finance Team as an intern/ working student in August 2024

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in SAP and Business Objects preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Very good communication skills
