Accounting Specialist

Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting division is seeking a part-time (30 hours a week), full charge bookkeeper to join a large corporate construction company in the Orangevale area!
This Full Charge Bookkeeper would be working directly with the Accounting Manager handling tasks such as:
Full AP/AR processing
Reconciling accounts
Vendor spreadsheets
Payroll processing for 50-60 employees
Working heavily off of QuickBooks
This job is roughly 30 hours a week on site (no option for hybrid or remote), in a small office. The ideal candidate would be able to work well independently and with a team, have excellent written and verbal communication and have experience with QuickBooks. Construction industry is a huge plus!
