Robert Half has an Accounting Specialist opening with an HVAC company in Debary, FL We’re seeking an Accounting Specialist with construction AIA billing experience to join their team on a contract basis.

Prepare and submit accurate AIA billing documents.
Manage accounts receivable, including generating invoices and following up on payments.
Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors and subcontractors.
Conduct job costing analysis to track project expenses and profitability.
Monitor work in progress (WIP) and reconcile accounts accordingly.
Perform general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of transactions.
Recent and relevant accounting experience, preferably in HVAC or construction.
Proficiency in AIA billing, job costing, and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
