We are looking for a talented SUPERVISOR CONTABLE to join our team in EL TALAR - BUENOS AIRES
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
- Evaluates and researches transactions in accordance with accounting regulations and U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.
- Plans and coordinates monthly accounting closings for the company and responsible for analysis and decisions to determine business implications and communicate to stakeholders with varying levels of financial knowledge.
- Mentors and guides accountants and accounting clerks, assigns work based on availability, skills, evaluates performance and promotes team development.
- Leads the preparation of the balance sheets of the entities that make up the company’s operations and is responsible for internal and external audit processes.
- Evaluates business processes to identify risks and gaps in internal controls; applies knowledge of business processes and relevant risks to develop and implement process improvements; develops risk management plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience and proficiency in financial analysis, reconciliation of accounting principles and US GAAP.
- Review, control and monitoring of accounts and financial closes
- Advanced Excel and Power BI
