Description:
Responsibilities:
Accounts
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Completing weekly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Receipting and allocation of payments
- Weekly processing of credit card transactions
- Petty Cash maintenance and reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed asset management and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and related analysis
- Assist with year-end reporting
- Handle general account queries
- Provide support to the Finance Manager where required
Compliance
- Compliance administration and regulatory reporting
- Maintaining professional development registers for the Responsible Managers.
- Maintaining and updating the complaints register
- Provide support and breach reporting
- Monitor regulations and internal controls to ensure policies and procedures are up to date as needed.
- Conducting internal compliance tasks and audits
- Documenting quarterly minutes for the compliance committee meetings
- Filing, lodgement, and documentation management
