Description:

Responsibilities:

Accounts

  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Completing weekly payment runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Receipting and allocation of payments
  • Weekly processing of credit card transactions
  • Petty Cash maintenance and reconciliation
  • Raising sales invoices
  • General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Fixed asset management and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and related analysis
  • Assist with year-end reporting
  • Handle general account queries
  • Provide support to the Finance Manager where required

Compliance

  • Compliance administration and regulatory reporting
  • Maintaining professional development registers for the Responsible Managers.
  • Maintaining and updating the complaints register
  • Provide support and breach reporting
  • Monitor regulations and internal controls to ensure policies and procedures are up to date as needed.
  • Conducting internal compliance tasks and audits
  • Documenting quarterly minutes for the compliance committee meetings
  • Filing, lodgement, and documentation management
