We are looking for an open-minded, proactive, resourceful and dynamic individual, to join as an Accounts Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible in handling of full set - AR, AP, GL, Bank recon, FA schedule, etc
• Filing
• Project budget & costing
• Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible team player and good work ethics
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• ‘Can do’ work attitude is a must.
• Enthusiastic and positive team player with a “No task is too small attitude”
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI or above
• At least 1 year of working experience in accounting field
• Fresh grads are welcome
• Knowledge of XERO accounting software is an advantage
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin
