Description:

You will be responsible for the financial administration of all activities pertaining to the letting & management of residential properties.

This role will suit someone who likes to manage their own time day and desk whilst managing a large rent roll

  • Reporting to the Lettings Manager
  • Bonus, gym/ wellness benefit, easy access to bus and Luas
  • Office based role with view to 1-2 days remote after training period

Responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain & administrate all financial transactions on the client bank accounts associated with the Residential Letting Department
  • Daily reconciliation & balancing of client and company bank accounts.
  • Monthly reconciliation of credit card account
  • Administration of the Rent Roll
  • Administrate rental payments to Landlords within the appropriate timeframes set out including computerisation of creditor invoices and ensuring the efficient payment of the creditors.
  • Management of accounts payable for properties including computerisation of creditor invoices, electronic payments, invoice deferring and ensuring the efficient payment of creditors.
  • Financial administration of refunding security
  • Maintain financial aspect of Tenant Leases
  • Deal with Contractors/Creditors on accounts payable.
  • Provide Income & Expenditure reports to Landlords upon request.
  • Daily recording of management commission
  • Regular Audit of Rents
  • Lodgement of receipts on a daily basis to the client account
  • IBB Banking to include Electronic Transfer payments to Landlords, Creditors & Tenants.
  • Administration of Non-Resident Landlords Withholding Tax, including liaising with both the landlord & Revenue as required
  • Perform & submit annual 8-3 Return to Revenue
  • Produce monthly management reports
  • Tracking of quarterly department sales targets
