Description:

LOCATION: DUBAI CAMPUS

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. In this role, you will report and assist Senior Finance Business Partner to provide comprehensive financial support, analysis, and insights to drive informed business decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor

  • ‘s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or ACCA Part Qualified.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP oracle fusion) is a plus.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of Monthly management reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights into the organization’s financial performance.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports for detailed analysis of actual expenses for budget holders.
  • Assist in validating prepayments and accruals to ensure accuracy and proper allocation of expenses.
  • Preparation of month-end balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Maintain proper documentation and support for reconciliations, in alignment with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Preparation of intercompany journal templates and reconcile intercompany accounts, ensuring accurate recording and elimination of intercompany transactions.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency within the finance function.
