One of Mulpha’s Business Units is The Signal Group. Signal Group is one of Australia’s largest staff identification and branded merchandise providers. Based from our manufacturing facility and distribution centre in South-East Queensland, we service clients Australia wide, supplying customised name badges, personal and ID security solutions, awards, trophies, promotional products, workwear, apparel, headwear and signage.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to
To assist with the accurate and efficient management of financial records and transactions for The Signal Group.
Process invoices and credits for customers across several business units, utilising a variety of platforms and in a timely manner. .
Provide support to Accounts Payable as needed.
Conduct phone calls and emails to collect outstanding payments.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Sales team to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues as they arise.
Prepare weekly progress reports for management and conduct monthly analyses of at-risk customers.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank reconciliations daily.
Reconcile transactions from various payment platforms.
Reconcile Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data with Xero.
Draft invoices in Xero and maintain the customer list accurately.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Assist the Finance Manager with meeting audit requirements, providing necessary documentation and support.
