Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for accounts receivable and payables
  • Data entry of invoice input to the system
  • Prepare payment vouchers and posting into the systems
  • Monthly cash flow budget
  • Provide support to the Accounts Dept
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 to 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in ERP systems is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Especially excels, words, PowerPoint)
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
  • 5.5days alternate Saturday
