- Hold AAT qualification or Qualified by Experience
- Have experience in a business-to-business environment
- Preferably experience of exposure to the manufacturing sector
- Strong finance administration skills and experience
- Has a communicative, engaged and involving management style

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Processing invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Reconciling financial statements and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Providing support during audits and liaising with auditors as necessary
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth financial processes
- Understanding and formulating procedures, technical processes and systems
- Planning and organising the working day to ensure all duties are carried out in a timely manner.
