Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum O Level qualification.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting, and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Consistently punctual and follows instructions, responding to management direction.
  • Strong time management, communication skills, and ability to work well within a team.
  • Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently.Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with staff in China regarding accounts matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining up-to-date financial records and cash flow.
  • Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Conducting Bank Reconciliation.
  • Managing tasks such as invoicing, issuing Debit and Credit Notes, and preparing Statements of Accounts.
  • Depositing cash/cheques and preparing receiving vouchers.
  • Following up on, collecting, and allocating payments.
  • Checking incoming funds via Internet Banking.
  • Reviewing and verifying invoices and cheque requests and preparing payment vouchers.
  • Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.Generating month-end closing reports.
