Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Responsible for the company’s daily cash and check receipt and payment work to ensure the security of funds.
- Timely and accurately register cash and bank journal, and keep consistent accounts.
- Review financial documents to ensure that all expenditures are compliant and legal.
- Managed the office administration
- Support in Ad-hoc duties if needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma in Finance/ Accounting/ related field or equivalent;
- 3 years relevant working experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications:
- Willing to work in a challenging, fast paced environment and to adapt to situations as they arise;
- Excellent command of English and Chinese languages
