Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for the company’s daily cash and check receipt and payment work to ensure the security of funds.

  • Timely and accurately register cash and bank journal, and keep consistent accounts.
  • Review financial documents to ensure that all expenditures are compliant and legal.
  • Managed the office administration
  • Support in Ad-hoc duties if needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Finance/ Accounting/ related field or equivalent;

  • 3 years relevant working experience;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications:
  • Willing to work in a challenging, fast paced environment and to adapt to situations as they arise;
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese languages
