Description:

JOB SCOPE:

  • Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Posting AP invoice into accounting system with accurate code
  • Prepare payment to Supplier and reconcile supplier’s statement
  • Checking and posting staff’s claim and reimbursement
  • Assist in AR invoicing and sending monthly statement to customer
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing.
  • To provide administrative support to Accounts departmentAny other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Min 1 year of Accounts experiences
  • Good communications and planning skills
  • Responsible and has a positive attitude towards multi-taskingEntry level are welcome to apply as training will be provided
