JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To oversee and manage day to day operations of accounting department and ensure that all related financial data are recorded timely, completely and accurately.
• In charge for tax, audit and corporate secretary related issues.
• Liaise with banks when necessary.
• Provide and interpret financial information.
• Prepare monthly management reporting.
• Responsible for timely preparation of management accounts and financial reports and report variances to facilitate management decision-making.
• To keep an accurate record of all daily transactions.
• To process on the group’s payroll system and responsibility for all other payroll related requirements.
• Manage HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing employee changes by ensuring.
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Professional qualification or equivalent
• At least 4 years relevant working experience
• An advantage to have exposure to Autocount
• Good management and leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibilities and commitment
• Able to meet tight datelines and work independently.
• Able to start work in short notice would be an advantage.
