Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Help in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Handle communications with internal & external clients/vendors/staff
- Support the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
