JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our team. It is a fast-paced work environment with many opportunities for career growth. Candidate should be able to converse fluently in English. It will be a 5-day work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Partial account AR/AP (Local Trade Transactions)
• Track and post receipts from Customer.
• Issue Credit note to Customer.

. Control, Monitoring and follow up invoice and Delivery order with internal and external parties. (Driver Excel)

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Reconcile, Monitoring and posting for E-commerce Commission.
• Prepare short load / short pack goods Report
• Reconciliation of customer payment to subledger.

. Internal bank fund transfer.

• Liaise with stakeholders on their queries and resolve issues
• Assist in FP&A and treasury work
• Assist with adhoc duties when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in full sets of accounting
• 5.5-day work week
• Ability to adapt to local SME practices
• Highly proficient in SAP and MS Excel
• Pro-active and positive attitude in a multicultural environment
• Good ability to communicate in spoken and written English
• Immediate starters preferred
  Qualification: Polytechnic / ITE graduate
