Accounts Executive (Financial reporting)

• Create monthly trial balances and schedule details for balance sheets.
• Reconcile bank statements each month.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports on accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
• Track advance payments and schedule their expense recognition.
• Record daily bank transactions.
• Check and confirm details in payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Prepare detailed documents for external auditors and respond to their inquiries.
• Calculate and submit GST filings to the tax authorities.
• Assist with the annual financial audits for the joint venture and partner entities, including preparation and queries.
• Update daily bank transactions and manage time deposit records.
• Ensure timely renewal of business registrations.
• Respond to accounting requests from the main office as needed.
• Take on various ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• Preferable to have at least 3 years similar industry experience.
• Preferable to have GST and SFRS background.
• Good in written and verbal communication skill.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, a team player & result-oriented.
• Able to commit within short period of time.
