Candidate Requirement
Education Level: Degree in Accountancy
Skills/ certifications: MS Word, powerpoint, Canvas, Outlook and Excel, MYOB or Xero
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
Analytical mind and a passion for numbers
Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
The Candidate works effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress with a proactive and result-oriented approach. The work exposure includes delivering high quality financial accounts for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries. The Candidate will also have the opportunity to be exposed to the company’s specialised fields of advisory services:
Business Digitalisation Advisory;
Business Performance Review and Analysis;
Business Strategic Consultancy and Advisory;
Venture Capital Fund Advisory and Fund Administration; and
CFO services for Startups and Scaleups.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationship.
  • Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.
  • Handle full set of accounts including reconciliation, receivables, payables, and month/year-end closing
  • Preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Preparation of yearly financial statements
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with our clients’ auditors in order to facilitate the audit process
  • Handle GST reporting
  • Preparation of tax computations and filing of Tax returns
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Other accounting duties and ad-hoc assignments
