Description:

Corp Sec and administrative duties:

  • Corporate Secretary Duties - Incorporation and Secretary documents preparation, KYC and customer due diligence check, Secretary documentation filing, Maintaining and updating the company’s registers and minutes books, and Keeping company directors aware of the annual returns and other ACRA filing deadlines
  • Perform admin duties (eg. raise invoices and payment) for the Accounts and Admin services department.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like KPI and yearly appraisal of employee
  • Client’s letter arrangement and filing

Accounting duties:

  • Assist in the data entry for accounting transactions and bank reconciliations under the supervision of Accounts Seniors from time to time.
  • Preparation of GST schedules and submission
  • Preparation of unaudited financial statements

Requirements:-

  • Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6.30pm or 44 hours per week (Flexi-time and work days as per TAFEP’s flexible Work Arrangement)
  • Training will be provided
