Your New Company/Role:
As one of the established and renowned organizations, my client is looking for an experienced Deals Processor/Accounts Officer to join their team due to remarkable growth. This is a temporary 6 months role and subject to permanency. The role is ultimately to go permanent in the long run.
About the Opportunity / Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to a supportive and nurturing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver accurate and timely accounting - revenues, cost of sales, flagging variances, expenses, etc
  • Cash handling within the dealership
  • Maintaining accurate balance sheets
  • Maintain the highest standard in deal processing
  • Support the accurate management and recording of stock
  • Build strong relationships within the organization
  • Processing of new, used and wholesale deals
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of OEM accounts
  • Cash Banking reconciliation
  • General duties including assisting the AR and AP areas when required
  • Other ad hoc finance duties as required

Ideal Profile

To contribute their valuable knowledge and experience within the Accounting function:

  • Completion of Diploma/Bachelor of Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the accounting space
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in large ERP highly desirable
  • Able to work independently with great time management
  • A full NSW drivers license and a sound driving record

Benefits

  • $34 - $39 per hour + Super (Based on experience)
