Responsibilities:
- Handle various accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members regarding financial matters.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting or related field for at least 3 years
- Competency in XERO software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of home care services industry is a plus.
