Accounts Payable Analyst, with an analytical, dynamic and decisive profile.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience
• knowledge of tax regulations on withholdings and payment of taxes (non-exclusive).
• Advanced students of Accounting or related careers.
• Management of the Office package, experience in managing management systems, preferably Softland.
• We will value those profiles with good interpersonal relationships, teamwork, autonomy, flexibility to meet the day-to-day demands and emergencies inherent to the position.
• Open to learn.
• Desired: Intermidate level of English Language

• Imputation of supplier receipts.
• Generate the circularization of balances to suppliers, for accounting closings.
• Assist in monthly closings.
• Support the control and documentation of approvals according to cap policy.
• Perform registrations and updates in supplier master database
• Assist in the monitoring, recording and control of expense reports, fixed funds and corporate credit cards.
• Reporting
• Bank reconciliations
• Collaboration with different tasks in the administrative-financial area, mainly Accounting and Treasury.
