REQUIREMENTS:

  • +3 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent numeracy and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

  • Manage Ongoing Customer PO Log
  • Client Ongoing & Project Invoicing
  • Debtor Control

Project Controls:

  • Create Project Contracts on COINS
  • Sub-contractors onboarding
  • Sub-Contractor Insurance Monitoring
  • Verify Sub-contractor payment applications and certifications.
  • Closing of Projects and management of Costs to Go
  • Manage the correct allocation of Site Prelims
  • Generate Cost Report Preparation
  • Assist with WIP Management
  • Preparation of Ad hoc Project Reports when required.
