Description:

Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance firm is looking for an Office Assistant to fill an open position at a flourishing company in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry. This position would be best suited for candidates that are highly-skilled self-starters that enjoy handling multiple projects at once. Do you consider yourself a self-starter? Major responsibilities

  • Writing and printing checks
  • Scanning and batching invoices
  • Copy, faxing, and filing for multiple departments
  • Sorting incoming mail
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Scanning Invoices experience
  • Filing experience
  • Knowledge of Prepare Checks
  • Adeptness in Microsoft Word
  • Solid understanding of Mail Checks
  • Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Accomplishes tasks independently
  • Capacity to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials
