A housing association based in Birmingham City Centre are expanding their finance team. Today is this ad we are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk - someone who is an experienced candidate who can process high volume of invoices, Statement/Bank reconciliations and query management.

Main responsibilities include.

  • Processing invoices through in house software system
  • Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
  • Statement and Bank Reconciliations
  • Maintain ledger.
  • Communicate internally and externally with departments/customers.
  • Answering and resolving any AP related queries or escalated where necessary.
  • Other ad hoc duties set out by senior management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone experienced within a similar role.
  • Experienced working within the Housing sector
  • Experienced using an accounting software such as Sage/SAP
  • Great communication skills
  • Happy to work 5 days in office.
