Description:

Do you want to be an indispensable part of a flourishing team? Robert Half currently has an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position available that is long-term contract / temporary. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. You will be working alongside a strong staff of hard working individuals who have a team minded approach.

  • Manage full-cycle A/P
  • Perform special projects as assigned
  • Facilitate internal and external audits as needed
  • Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
  • Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling
  • Provide support to internal business partners
  • Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
  • Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis
  • Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
  • High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Command of Yardi
  • Strong familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Prior experience in an A/P role preferred
