Description:
Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Coordinator to become an essential part of a company’s growing team. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage invoices, resolve A/P issues, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks and expense reports. Within this dynamic department, you will have the opportunity to advance and grow your career. The job site for the permanent Accounts Payable Clerk is in the Wyomissing, Pennsylvania area.
The responsibilities will include
- Perform full-cycle A/P including research of invoices and payments
- Perform monthly reconciliations
- Update vendor records including W-9 forms
- Process expense reports
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, ERP and automated A/P systems
- Strong analytical skills
- 3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
- Associate’s degree in accounting, Business or similar preferred
