The Accounts Payable Executive will assist on all accounts payable matters relating to Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Dubai, and newly incorporated entities as assigned.

Your future role at QRT:

  • Handle vendors’ invoices, including checking, verifying, compiling and performing call backs
  • Prepare payment voucher summary and arrange for approval
  • Payment processing via telegraphic and interbank transfer
  • Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

Your present skillset:

  • At least 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, with strong time management skills
  • Eye for details, highly meticulous
