THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join a friendly team in the Northern Suburbs. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple entities. You will have the opportunity to put your solid AP skills to use in a fun and lively team that are very social. This is an office-based role.

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Have worked in a fast-paced environment across multiple systems
  • An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
  • Good time management skills - you will need to find a healthy balance between delivering a quality outcome, whilst remaining highly efficient.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as being supportive to the team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for:

  • End to End Accounts Payable
  • Coding, Processing, Payment Runs and Reconciliations
  • Customer Payment allocation
  • Ensure that discrepant invoices are resolved daily
  • Ensure that all credit notes are reviewed, matched and processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure enquiries are resolved daily and support vendor onboarding.
  • Working across multiple entities and sites
  • Strong Excel
  • Excellent Customer Service and Attention to Detail
