THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join a friendly team in the Northern Suburbs. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple entities. You will have the opportunity to put your solid AP skills to use in a fun and lively team that are very social. This is an office-based role.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Have worked in a fast-paced environment across multiple systems
- An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
- Good time management skills - you will need to find a healthy balance between delivering a quality outcome, whilst remaining highly efficient.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as being supportive to the team.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
- End to End Accounts Payable
- Coding, Processing, Payment Runs and Reconciliations
- Customer Payment allocation
- Ensure that discrepant invoices are resolved daily
- Ensure that all credit notes are reviewed, matched and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure enquiries are resolved daily and support vendor onboarding.
- Working across multiple entities and sites
- Strong Excel
- Excellent Customer Service and Attention to Detail
