Responsibilities:

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about finance? We’re seeking an extraordinary Part-time Accounts Payable Officer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately code and enter invoices, process weekly payment runs, and handle reconciliations.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and manage supplier queries.
  • Administer and support Prospend system users and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Assist with budgeting, month-end analysis, and continuous process improvements.
