Responsibilities:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about finance? We’re seeking an extraordinary Part-time Accounts Payable Officer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Accurately code and enter invoices, process weekly payment runs, and handle reconciliations.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and manage supplier queries.
- Administer and support Prospend system users and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Assist with budgeting, month-end analysis, and continuous process improvements.
