Exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional to join an outstanding organisation based in Port Melbourne.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in an accounts payable role spanning at least 12 months.
  • Systems savvy with and intermediate level of MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will see you enjoy the following responsibilities:

  • Coding and entering supplier and customer invoices
  • Review all supplier invoices and ensure that they have been approved for payment
  • Liaise with relevant managers, suppliers and customers
  • Managing the company’s credit cards
  • Process and organise payment for overseas payments in foreign currency
  • Assistance with General Ledger reconciliations
