Description:
A member of a team of officers within the accounts payable section primarily involved in the processing of large volumes of invoices for payment, and other associated duties, to a designated group of Suppliers using the Trusts computerised accounts payable system.
We are dedicated to staff development and if you do not hold a level 3 business administrator qualification you this may be able to undertake this qualification in the future as part of our annual PDR process.
Match large volumes of supplier invoices with computerised orders / goods received information ensuring that all invoice details are correct.
Ensure that all invoices are processed promptly and that any queries arising thereon are investigated and dealt with in the appropriate manner. To bring to the attention of the accounts payable team leader difficulties of a recurring nature.
Investigate queries, identify errors and make complex calculations to resolve payment discrepancies, liaising as appropriate with staff and managers throughout the trust and Suppliers and other outside organisations.
