Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for providing a timely and accurate accounts payable service and excellent customer service to all levels of users.

  • Perform AP related duties in accordance with the cyclical calendar for processing supplier invoices, employee related expense claims and third-party payments
  • Process petty cash, debit cards and adhoc payments in accordance with company policy
  • Respond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies
  • Prepare electronic funds transfers
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of supplier records and master files
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders
  • Processing and payments of supplier, client and staff expenses within payment terms

  • 3+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Payable principals
  • Intermediate excel and word skills
