We’re looking for a full-time Accounts Payable to join my excellent client’s supportive and skilled finance team at the earliest. Based in our open-plan office in Mt Eden, you’ll assist on all things accounts payable - think invoicing inputs, claims processing, supplier payments, debit and credit card payment allocations, general reconciliation and more. As our Accounts Payable specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various financial tasks, including statement reconciliations, and more. You’ll like the idea of a fast-paced environment, where your accounts know-how, keen eye for detail and organisation can shine. You’ll also bring strong computer literacy and a knack for communicating with your stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should have few years of experience in a similar high-volume multiple-entity business, preferably in the retail industry or a related field. Additionally, you’ll also need intermediate-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, and a depth of understanding around NetSuite and ERP.
If you have experience in accounts payable & worked within these systems, and have excellent communication skills, then this opportunity could be a perfect match for you.
