Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Perform daily data entry of supplier invoices across multiple currencies and entities.
- Generate bills from purchase orders.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly payment reports for the weekly Accounts Payable meeting.
- Process weekly batch payments and manual payments for domestic and international suppliers.
- Take ownership of credit card and bank reconciliations across different banking institutions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Review and process expense reimbursements for employees.
- Prepare intercompany journals and reconcile intercompany transactions across entities.
- Daily bank transfers between accounts within the Group.
- Reconcile supplier balances with statements, resolving discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Assist in BAS return preparation.
- Any other ad hoc finance tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently along with the following attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with more than one currency and multiple entities.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with NetSuite or any other ERP
