Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Perform daily data entry of supplier invoices across multiple currencies and entities.
  • Generate bills from purchase orders.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly payment reports for the weekly Accounts Payable meeting.
  • Process weekly batch payments and manual payments for domestic and international suppliers.
  • Take ownership of credit card and bank reconciliations across different banking institutions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Review and process expense reimbursements for employees.
  • Prepare intercompany journals and reconcile intercompany transactions across entities.
  • Daily bank transfers between accounts within the Group.
  • Reconcile supplier balances with statements, resolving discrepancies promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in BAS return preparation.
  • Any other ad hoc finance tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently along with the following attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in dealing with more than one currency and multiple entities.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with NetSuite or any other ERP
